My friend, Jennifer, just sent me this awesome sounding recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but I suggest everyone make it, immediately, and give it a shot!! Sounds AWESOME!

Ingredients
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 pkgs of coconut cream instant pudding
1 1/2 cup milk
1 stick of butter
70 Ritz crackers (2 packages)
1 container 8-12 oz. cool whip

Combine milk, ice cream and pudding until creamy in one bowl (large bowl)
Crumble crackers in separate bowl, melt butter and pour over crackers and mix together.
Coat bottom of 9 x 14 pan with cracker mixture
Pour ice cream mixture over top
Refrigerate 2 hours
Spread cool whip on top
Sprinkle some crumbled ritz crackers over top
