12/24/08 through 12/26/08 Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Becky's Visit

On Christmas Eve, we decorated cookies for Santa. Max was in charge of the sprinkles and putting them on our special Cookies For Santa plate. This is the 1st year Max was really able to help with the cookies and he had a really good time with those sprinkles!

After a family party on Christmas Eve, we went to church, and after church, we went to Grammy & Pap's house to open gifts with them.




On Christmas morning, Max was SO into openning presents! Santa brought Buzz Lightyear which was pretty much the only thing on Max's list, and lots of new toys, a new Lightning McQueen hat, and some candy in Max's stocking.

The day after Christmas, Becky came to visit and brought Max his own Polamalu jersey! We are SO ready for the playoffs now!!! Becky and her mom never forget to bring some delicious homemade cookies for us, too! Max looks forward to that a lot.

It was a great Christmas this year and once again we were reminded at how blessed and fortunate we are to be surrounded by so many friends and family members that we love. I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and that 2009 has been off to a good start for all!
